Shipping policy

Thank you for collecting one of my original paintings! I take great care in ensuring that your artwork arrives safety and in perfect condition.

We currently ship orders within the United States. We do our best to ship orders in a timely manner. Due to the nature of our products, shipping can take up to 3 weeks. 

All items are carefully packaged to withstand shipping but should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact immediately at info@hayleyrasakart.com with photos and we can work together to fix the issue.

In an event that a package is returned to us due to error on the customers end like a mistaken shipping address, the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.
